The Fults Mobile Events Rental

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN THE FULTS! WE WOULD LOVE TO SERVE YOU AT YOUR NEXT EVENT... JUST NOT IN THE TRADITIONAL WAY! SO HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Every rental includes; Delivery, set-up, tear-down, staff-member, event coordination from beginning to end, giant yard games, personalized menu, assistance with decorating, and staging/photo areas.

Up first...

Beth will set up a time to chat (most likely on the dreaded zoom) to learn more about you and your event and go over our business details.


If we are a match then you are ready to lock in your date! There is a $250 deposit to book your event due with contract-- don't worry, we will apply it to your balance!

...and then...

Let's get to the good stuff! The Fults is a Dry Hire business, which means we can't purchase alcohol or food for you, but we can serve it (to those 21+).


That's good news for you! Because you are providing the alcohol, you will save money on expensive upcharges and get to keep what is left over. Don't worry, we will help you plan your drink menu and shopping list.

Renters purchase and pick up their own alcohol (or food) - kegs can be ordered at bars, breweries, and most liquor stores. Beth will cover how much and of what you should purchase during your planning session to ensure you have enough of what you need. We are also more than happy to work with your established catering services on this end so you have even less to worry about!

...Party Time!

Next, your rental includes set-up time to establish the perfect aesthetic for your event. We have giant yard games and staged seating/photo areas to make this an experience you won't forget.


We deliver The Fults for free within Bartholomew County and charge just 50 cents a mile (both ways) after that.


Our attentive staff will tend to you and your guests while orchestrating a night to remember. When it's all over we will clean up and roll on out of there!

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Note: To our couples who have already booked us and to those who are thinking of booking us, in these uncertain times we want to give you one less thing to worry about. If your wedding is postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and we cannot reschedule, we will refund 100% of your paid booking fee.

PAYMENT

A $250 deposit along with your signed contract secures your date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 46-119 days from event date.

Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 45 days or less from the event date.

POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT

If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event (dependent upon availability).
