Note: To our couples who have already booked us and to those who are thinking of booking us, in these uncertain times we want to give you one less thing to worry about. If your wedding is postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and we cannot reschedule, we will refund 100% of your paid booking fee.
A 50% deposit along with your signed contract secures your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
If you are picking up your rental an additional $150 deposit is required - due the day of event and will be 100% refunded upon return of rentals in same condition.
CONDITION OF RENTALS
We pride ourselves in making unique pieces available for your use. All items are thoroughly cleaned and cared for after each rental. Should a rental item become damaged or destroyed it is the renters responsibility to cover the cost to replace the item as noted in the contract.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 31-90 days from event date.
Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 30 days or less from the event date.
POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT
If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event (dependent upon availability).
